We’re looking for an experienced Senior Solutions Senior Engineer to join the Internal Technology team of a rapidly growing, international research and data-driven organisation based in Oxford.

This is a senior technical role with a particular focus on Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Management, alongside the wider Microsoft 365 ecosystem. You’ll take ownership of complex technical projects, improve the organisation’s technology environment and help shape how technology is delivered across the business.

What We're Looking For

You'll need to be a hands-on Senior Engineer who can combine strong technical expertise with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Essential:

• Strong commercial experience working across Microsoft 365 and Microsoft technologies.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune / Microsoft Endpoint Manager – this is a key focus of the role.
• Strong experience with Entra ID / Azure AD, including identity and endpoint management.
• Experience across technologies such as Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams and Windows.
• Proven ability to lead and deliver complex technical projects independently.
• Experience managing the full lifecycle of endpoints and devices within an enterprise environment.
• Good working knowledge of PowerShell and Microsoft Graph.
• Experience producing high-quality technical documentation, SOPs and knowledge articles.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent undergraduate degree is essential.

It would be advantageous if you also have experience with:

• Microsoft Defender, Purview, Power Platform, Copilot Studio or Cloud App Security.
