Due to expansion, they are looking for a Workflow Implementation Consultant who will work with the clients on a truly consultative basis to ensure that the roll out of workflows meets their needs and runs smoothly, offering training and support along the way.
This role would suit a super-organised, process driven project manager or project co-ordinator who has gained some relevant project-based or software management / support experience.
Workflow Implementation Consultant Must Have’s:
- Project Management – (PRINCE2 or Agile ideal but not essential) Strong customer facing skills – highly consultative style
- Strong training skills.
- Good software knowledge and aptitude to pick up new pieces of software
- An understanding of legal practices and workflows would be ideal (but is not essential and training will be provided!)
Workflow Implementation Consultant Duties:
The Workflow Implementation Consultant (WIC) will act as a subject matter expert on our Workflow system, working with the customer to ensure that the roll out of workflows within their legal practices meets their needs and runs smoothly, offering training and support along the way.
The WIC will work with the customer in a truly consultative style, scoping out exactly what the customer needs, and supporting them in designing their workflow to meet these needs. Throughout the process, the WIC will need to ensure that our excellent levels of customer service and customer rapport are maintained, to contribute towards our customer retention targets.
In addition to the Workflow feature of our software, our WIC’s will also be required to become experts on our Case Management System, as the two features are so closely linked.
